Back to Solutions WILL — Women in Leadership

Women in Leadership (WILL)

Designed to address the unique challenges — and celebrate the strengths — of women in leadership positions.

Our Programme

The Experttech Women in Leadership Programme has been designed to address the challenges, as well as to celebrate the uniqueness, of women in leadership positions — equipping women with the skills, expertise and network opportunities to transform organisations, families, communities and, ultimately, nations.

How It Works

Workshops focus on inspiring and enabling women to discover and develop their authentic selves, identify their leadership style strengths, and understand the impact of these on their teams. A blended approach combines workshops, one-on-one coaching and the establishment of learning communities.
