Women in Leadership

Women in Leadership is proud to have been of service to women in the following companies:

College of Cape Town

The Experttech Women in Leadership Programme has been designed to address the challenges as well as to celebrate the uniqueness of women in leadership positions, by equiping women with skills, expertise and network opportunities to transform organizations, families, communities and ultimately nations.

Workshops focus on inspiring /enabling women to discover and develop their authentic selves, identify their leadership style strengths and to create an awareness of the impact of these on their teams.

The offerings include both longer term development programmes at the level of emerging leaders, with the inclusion of a Certificate in Management at NQF level 5, as well as middle management and shorter workshops addressing aspects of personal leadership capability, personal branding, image and women’s health. A blended approach affords the inclusion of workshops, one-on-one coaching and the establishment of learning communities.

“Women in leadership positions need to step up now more than ever
to play their part in supporting and strengthening constitutional democracy.
As they do so, their own fortunes as leaders will be improved.”

Adv. Thuli Madonsela
